Longleaf Heart Pine has always been one of the most popular choices for wood flooring, paneling and molding, particularly in the Eastern and Southern United States. Unfortunately this exceptional species of pine was harvested to extinction during our country’s formative years and now can only be reclaimed from turn of the century buildings. Our Antique Heart Pine’s colors range from pale tans to gold, orange and reds the closer to the heart of the wood. It is one of the heavier and hardest softwoods and wears well in any application.
